Personifying our values and providing information about our brand and products

Generating sales opportunities and working to build customer preference for our products.

Maximise all sales and revenue opportunities by producing new business opportunities and effective account management across defined customer base, in order to achieve agreed sales targets.

Identify new leads through industry specific reports, referrals, telesales and prospecting.

Monitor all sales and stockist enquiries and assist with conversion when required

Identify sales opportunities using lead referrals to maximise potential additional business

Represent the brand at Tradeshows and stockist instore events

Support the Management team with multiple activities to increase brand awareness and revenue

Contribute energy and drive to the team through outstanding teamwork

Act as brand ambassador, ensuring brand values are consistently upheld in all day to day activity both internal and external.


Managing administration of lead lists and maintain customer database

        • Uploading of orders and invoices to system

        • Assist with the implementation of marketing campaigns

        • Liaise with press and media around press releases

        • Share ideas regarding new ways to market the brand.

        • Delivering excellence in customer service in line with the companies brand strategy

        • Other administrative duties as assigned


  • Degree in a Business or Marketing discipline would be a distinct advantage

  • Appreciation of visual merchandising principles

  • Retailer experience is beneficial, but not essential

  • Passion for design and creativity with an eye for detail

  • Relationship building

  • Strong communication skills

  • High level of energy and drive with an enthusiastic and bubbly personality

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Flexibility in work hours and work tasks and a willingness to sometimes work weekends or evenings

  • Fluent spoken & written English is obligatory, additional language skills advantageous

  • This role will require 2-4 days travel per month.
